"The holy grail is to spend less time making the picture than it takes people to look at it."

I continually find something that expends my ideas of a certain medium. I think the most important thing about being an artist is exposing yourself to as much art as you possibly can. 

I recently visited the Denver Art Museum as it was part of my Art History class ( blehck! boring boring boring!). I've been waiting to see the Embrace! exhibit for a couple months now and I promise you, if you have a chance to attend this before it ends, it WILL NOT be a waste. The artists there are wonderful and almost inconceivable.

By far my favorite was Zhong Biao. He's part of the Chinese art scene you cannot miss. He installed an Acrylic piece called Mirage.
